What does William White Meats Offer?
Since 1989 William White Meats has been supplying quality meat products to schools, residential homes, NHS hospitals, restaurants and hotels in and around London. During this time we have built up excellent customer/supplier relationships and always strive to offer best value without compromising quality. We believe our long standing relationships with customers and continued growth depend critically on an ongoing commitment to hygiene, food safety, food quality and customer service.



Our production plant in Stratford is continually maintained and improved to ensure that we deliver consistently safe and high quality products.
Before leaving our factory all products are electronically scanned to ensure the product is:
- Free from metal particles
- Stored at a safe temperature
- Contains no more than the agreed level of fat
Our Standards
We are NACB higher level approved and STS approved (“A” Standard) which involves regular inspections of our factory and analysis of our products.
Customer Care
Quality starts before production at William White Meats with our customer care team. They are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, arranging deliveries and processing customer orders.
Portion Control
Our skilled butchers can provide you with high quality cuts of meat that have been prepared under controlled conditions to provide consistent high standards.
Hygiene and Testing
Hygiene
Our factory and machinery are sanitised every day with a high pressure hot water system to ensure that all areas of our factory are clean and food safe. We also have all areas of the factory swab tested weekly and various products tested by an independent laboratory to ensure food safety at all times.
Testing
We conduct regular tests to check the temperature and fat content of products we supply, and have external tests conducted to verify our results. We also have all our equipment calibrated to ensure that we monitor temperatures accurately.
