Bill's dedication and hard work propelled him through the ranks until he eventually took ownership of the business. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for supplying quality meat to local schools, ensuring that children received wholesome, nourishing meals. As a father himself, Bill found immense satisfaction in knowing he was helping to feed young minds.
The legacy continued with Tom, Bill's son, who enthusiastically stepped into his father's footsteps and now oversees the majority of our daily operations. Tom's commitment to upholding the values of our business is unwavering.
Rebecca, Bill's daughter, embarked on a different path, initially pursuing a career as a medical doctor. However, her love for the family business eventually led her to take charge of our procurement matters, ensuring that we consistently source the finest ingredients for our products.
Completing our dynamic trio is the youngest sibling, Sophie, who brings her creative flair to the table. Sophie is responsible for product development and marketing, constantly striving to innovate and bring new flavors and experiences to our customers.
